This Thai House property was built in 2006 with high quality teak wood. The upstairs part is comprised of three separated houses (for 3 bedrooms) and one large bathroom, which all are connected with a large wooden porch. The downstair section composes of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. There is also a large openspace for family and/or leisure activities. Three sides of the house is surrounded by langan's planting areas, one with an irrigation canal.

"บ้านทรงไทย" หลังพิเศษนี้ สร้างเมื่อปีพุทธศักราช 2549 ด้วยไม้สักคุณภาพทั้งหลัง ชั้นบนประกอบไปด้วยเรือนไทย 3 หลัง สำหรับใช้เป็น 3 ห้องนอน เชื่อมต่อกันด้วยระเบียงไม้ และมีห้องน้ำขนาดใหญ่ ชั้นล่างประกอบด้วย ห้องนอน ห้องรับแขก ห้องครัว และห้องน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีพื้นที่ว่างเพื่อสัมผัสบรรยากาศลมโชย ในแบบฉบับของการอยู่แบบไทยๆ ท่ามกลางสวนลำไยที่อยู่รอบบ้านทั้ง 3 ด้าน ซึ่งด้านหนึ่งอยู่ติดกับคลองชลประทาน
